Event Overview
This introductory course will help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and rediscover who you are and how you want to feel in order to create a life you love.
We'll take time to CREATE "Intention Setting Boards" based on how we want to feel and who we want to BE. From this place of BEING we'll create a roadmap that will allow us to DO what aligns with our values.
It's a first step towards creating shifts in perspective that allow you to focus on things that bring a sense of joy, meaning and satisfaction rather than being pulled into a negative spiral of comparison, distraction and avoidance.
No artistic talent necessary! The beauty of these boards will be that they will be perfectly imperfect.
And no cutting out of magazines either. Instead, we'll focus on how we want to feel, based on words, images we create, quotes or whatever fits your personality. We'll take time to brainstorm privately so that we can generate ideas based on our unique voice and spirit.
You'll come away with some concrete, practical tools and strategies such as, The Daily Practice: A Guided Journal Experience, that will help you continue on your personal adventure.
