Event Overview

Improve your Winter by learning Dragon & Tiger (D&T) Qigong at Enso Martial Arts. Learning D&T will help you gain direct experience in feeling your internal energy or "Qi," and it offers powerful benefits for health and wellness.

Practicing Dragon & Tiger can increase your energy, boost your immune system, and help you feel better. Plus, it's fun to do.

Enso Tai Chi Instructor Chris Cinnamon will lead 4 Sunday Dragon & Tiger workshops this Winter. Dates and times are:

Sunday, Feb. 1, 11 am - 1 pm
Sunday, Feb. 15, 1 pm - 3 pm
Sunday, Mar. 1, 11 am - 1 pm
Sunday, Mar. 15, 11 am - 1 pm

The material will be tailored to the experience levels of attendees. Beginners and more experienced Tai Chi and Qigong practitioners are welcome.

You can attend any or all of the workshops. Those attending all four can expect to learn the entire set, at least at a beginner level.

What to Bring

Students should wear comfortable clothes allowing full freedom of movement. Changing rooms available. No shoes on the training floor.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Chris Cinnamon lives and works in downtown Chicago, is a practicing lawyer, martial artist, and leads the Tai Chi and Qigong program at Enso Martial Arts in the Chicago loop. Enso offers a regular schedule of Tai Chi and Qigong classes, along with private instruction and Workshops. Chris is a second degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, and is certified by Master Bruce Frantzis to teach Wu Style Tai Chi and multiple Qigong sets.
