Event Overview

Think of yourself as a magnet. You attract what you think about most, and what you think about most becomes your reality. If we think about the wonderful things we want in our lives and create a vision board -- or visual depiction -- of these things, it gives us a clear focal point for making our dreams and goals reality.

In this class, each participant will create a vision board -- or collage of inspiring words, quotes, images and photos, which serves as a visual, creative expression of all the things we hope for and desire to achieve. After completing your board, keep it in a place that you will see it daily. Take time to affirm and internalize your goals, and watch the vision you've created for yourself begin to manifest.

All supplies (boards of different sizes, magazines, glue, scissors, worksheets) will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own favorite magazines.

Everyone is welcome! Come with an open mind, leave feeling empowered!

**Free parking lot is available on the south side of the building.**
Room Name: Court Yard 1. Enter through the grey door off of the sidewalk by the outdoor courtyard.

What to Bring

Plenty of magazines will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own.

Mara Lidacis holds a Master of Public Health degree, is Certified Health Education Specialist and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Holistic & Integrative Health. She is passionate about a holistic approach to health, which encompasses mind, body & spirit. Eight years ago, Mara began goal setting and creating vision boards of her own. She believes that we create our own reality and that we can greatly change the course of our lives by making a shift in our perspective. Her mission is to help others live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
