Event Overview

Tired of the frustration of trying to eat right? You shouldn’t have to stop eating what you love! Tired of avoiding coffee, dairy, bread, meat, and wheat?  Come learn what to eat without subtracting at thing!  Join us as we explore the “good”, “the not so good”, and indulge in the delicious for eating enjoyment and pleasure.

Whoa! Before you balk at this class, please note, this IS NOT a class on weight loss.  However, it is a class designed to teach you how to know what foods work and do not work for your body.  You will learn how to eat those foods that you enjoy, but may cause issues.  Your palate will be saturated with simple easy to apply knowledge on the benefits of eating right without elimination!

We will explore cautioned foods (i.e. dairy, sugar) and discuss the signs that may indicate sensitivity when eaten.  You will walk away from this class running to the grocery store to dabble in your favorites and newly learned favorites. Not only does this class not have a test, but the only knowledge you need at the start is simply your openness to explore your body’s effect on the foods that you eat. This knowledge will forever change your diet and your palate.  Whether you are the cook in your family, or the ad hoc cook, or the eater, knowing the signs that your food choices are working for you/your family's health is invaluable.

Class #1: Will review the common foods cautioned against and discuss sensitivity issues surrounding skin, gut, and emotional moods.

Class #2: Participants will dialogue about their new experiences with the foods that they love and newly acquired foods

Series Dates: June 7th and June 21st
