Event Overview

Crafting is fun for everyone, especially when done with family and friends.

Sending out cards and little notes can put a very big smile on someones face! Forget emailing and texting. In this class you'll create personalized stationery, using some of our designs and our supplies. You'll have the chance to experiment with card-stock, envelopes, enclosures, stamps, washi tape, and embellishments, and a CRICUT MACHINE.

You'll leave with fun note cards and knowing how to even create funky invitations for a party!

No previous art & craft experience required. Perfect for beginners. Learn techniques while watching other creative students in the class, and even view our pinterest board. We'll help you along the way.

Feel free to bring your own snacks!

T.L. Hayden

T.L. Hayden is the owner of TLHDesigns and co-owner of Chicago Craft Studio, located inside of Lacuna Artist Lofts. She is a graphic/creative designer by day and a crafter by night. After graduating from Western Illinois with a B. A. in 2006, she began her career designing graphics for small businesses and individuals. Since then she has added a new brand to her business (Pink Cupcakes & Paper) in which she designs custom stationery, invitations for weddings and events, and party decor.

At Chicago Craft Studio, she spreads the love of craft to others by hosting crafty parties, allowing participants to meet new people, have fun, make things by hand, take the stress away from everyday life, and perhaps do something they've never done before, all in a creative environment.
