Event Overview
This is a cardio class for the health and fitness individual who thrives on peer support. We all know getting in shape alone can be hard.
No problem if you have no experience playing tennis. The class will be broken into three sections:
- 15 minutes includes a warm up and learning the stroke of the day
- 30 minutess of high intensity tennis disguised cardio to keep you distracted and having fun!
- 15 minutes of warm down and stretching
You will learn how to play tennis, get you daily dose of good health and wellness lifestyle!
