Sound familiar? If you have an account - for business or personal - and have logged a mere 10 tweets, this class will expose you to the power of Twitter and how to be confident in using it.
In this class, Dabblers will learn the inner workings of Twitter, including lingo, etiquette, best practices and how it can be used to boost business. Students will create accounts, connect with one another, and engage on- and off-line with one another to learn.

Sue is the owner of Soaring Solutions, LLC, a business focused on social media strategy, training and management. She has done several individual, business group and sales team trainings on social media, as well as been involved in panel and conference presentations on the topic. Her broad experience in software as a service (SAAS), business intelligence, customer service and coaching provide a unique foundation for taking social media beyond the technology and functional use, back to its source in achieving overall corporate goals and addressing the cross departmental dynamic.
