Ronnie is a marketer, mentor, group facilitator, lecturer, and trusted adviser or topics related to goal setting, personal growth and career growth and development. She has developed curriculum and hosted goal setting and vision board workshops as well as team building workshops for professional organizations.

Ronnie has spent one decade working in advertising, and has received multiple industry honors during that time.

She has guest lectured for courses on traditional, multicultural and digital marketing at Northwestern University, DePaul University, University of Chicago and Columbia College and has been a guest speaker at Northwestern University and University of Illinois (AdCamp).

She’s participated in various panels including those hosted by the Chicago Interactive
Marketing Association, the American Advertising Federation and the Mobile Marketer’s Association. She supports the AAF Mosaic Alumni and Friends Association (MAFA) as an active Executive Advisory Board Member.
