Branch Weaving is a simple art form with stunning results. With Leilani's direction, learn to weave simple, but gorgeous designs onto a tree branch. Discover the tactile, therapeutic expression of fiber art. And come away with wonder and new ideas.
All materials will be provided:
*tree branch
*yarn - enough to complete your weaving
*wool roving
*yarn needle
*goodie bag
Your branch weaving art piece is yours to keep. You will come away with simple weaving skills and the confidence to do it again on your own. Beginners are absolutely welcome, as well as seasoned weavers looking for some fun.

Leilani Pierson is an award-winning mixed-media fiber artist, free-lance writer, designer, and instructor. She has written several articles for magazines - including Cloth Paper Scissors, Quilting Arts, STUDIOS, and Stampington & Co. Publications. She has taught workshops at festivals and in her home studio. Leilani enjoys coming up with eclectic projects using very simple materials in her creations. She loves to wander through roads and forests of fiber mediums and mixed media interests and to bring others with her on these journeys.
