Event Overview

This class will be an hour warm up, 30-40 minute workout, cool down. Please try to arrive about 5-10 minutes before class. This class is designed to get your heart rate up by going through a HIIT workout. You will be burning fat and using weights so you can keep muscle and strength on at the same time. I have created a 4- 6 week programs that help you burn fat and build muscle and strength. This class is meant for anyone to join so we can build a community of strong women that want to feel confident and sexy in their skin.


  This class has limited spots so make sure you RSVP as soon as possible. As I do this class more, I will get day and time ideas so we can add in more classes. :) For more information about the class, please contact me personally on here and not the studio location. Thank you!
