Event Overview

So, you've followed through and finally signed up for that gym membership. 2014 is gonna be my most fit year ever! But, do you actually feel like you know how to make the best of your time and effort at the gym? Work it Out! 101 is an introduction to resistance training, teaching you how to design a workout regimen that's best for your goals, guaranteeing amazing results. Time allowing, participants will learn proper form and execution of the most common exercises, as well as how to use a variety of equipment to increase the intensity of those exercises. This class is more educational and lecture based than a typical group fitness class, focusing on giving each participant the knowledge needed to go forth confidently into the gym.
