Event Overview
Let your emotions (even the not-so-pretty ones) speak through your heart. This class pays tribute to Jim Dine, an artist well known for his many heart paintings inspired his family, friends, and places he's visited. Make a beautifully light-hearted or dark 11” x 14” watercolor painting on canvas to take home with you! Get a step-by-step demonstration from a certified art teacher. You will learn basic drawing skills and get to experiment and play with watercolors. You will be shown techniques in blending colors and various painting techniques to achieve beautiful depth in your artwork. The teacher will work closely with guests individually as needed. Whether you're a beginner, advanced, or somewhere in between, you will have flexibility to add in your own creativity in both design and color scheme. All materials are included, so all you need to bring is your beautiful self!

Daniela is a certified art teacher with an Associate in Fine Arts, and Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and a M.A.T. in Art Education. She specializes in drawing and painting, and has a strong passion for the arts. In addition to step-by-step demonstrations in all of her classes, she loves to give one-on-one attention to individuals throughout each class, and enjoys providing a fun and meaningful experience for her guests.
