Food & Drink
Come learn about wine (and more importantly, drink it) in a no-pressure, no-snobs-allowed environment. Hosted by Kevin, a Certified Specialist of Wine with years of industry experience.
Same tasting methodology used by top wineries, sommeliers, and wine educators; includes flavor wheel, tasting note guide, etc - and you can take it home!
Old World vs. New World:
This class will explore the characteristics and key differences between European wine and "New World" wine from California, Australia, New Zealand, and South America. We'll pit crisp chardonnays from Burgundy, France against oaky Napa, California chards so the class can evaluate what they like and dislike - and how that might translate to their overall preferences. You'll never feel intimidated by the wine list again!
The host will guide you, but your participation is encouraged! Please reach out with any questions.
NOTE: this is a series of beginner-friendly wine classes offered by Kevin. The classes can be taken in any order, and no previous wine knowledge is required.
All ages welcome

This is my favorite class to offer. The differences between a wine of the same exact type - Cabernet for example - can vary wildly from place to place, winemaker to winemaker. Students leave this class having learned something about the world of wine - and their preferences.
I learned more than I could have hoped for and had a great time! Kevin is super knowledgable and really gets everyone engaged and having fun. I'd recommend any of his classes based on his passion for wine and willingness to share all he knows with his "students"!!
