Learn to use the wall as a prop to help perfect your alignment during this laid back, all levels class. So many of us lack the personal body awareness that allows us to perfect our form on our own. This 1.5 hour class give you the tools to be able to benefit from your regular practice more and improve upon it. Beyond alignment, using a wall can help bring new scope to balance postures.
No experience is necessary, though it will help. Other props will be available, including mats, straps, blocks and blankets. Changing space is also available.
