MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Luna Delgado Dold wants you to be happy, healthy and comfortable in your body. Luna has been blessed with the instruction of many generous and knowledgeable teachers. She began her yoga studies in 1990 as a dance major in university. After many classes in many varying styles, she has finally come home to Dharma Yoga. Sri Dharma Mittra, considered the "teachers' teacher", has been Luna's yoga Guru ever since she met him at a yoga conference. Sri Dharma embodies the teachings of the classical yogas fully and can therefore instruct them clearly, without adulteration. Lunas' teaching reflects her love of yoga. She is able to explain the practice in detail while allowing each student space to find their own way. Luna is devoted to her students and cares deeply for the preservation of the traditions of yoga. This caring is expressed by Luna's soothing voice, clear instruction and focused presence while instructing.

Luna taught an absolutely unique, vibrant and enriching class for the first of a three part series concerning Pawanamuktasana. I cannot wait for the next two classes.
