Fuel your body with wholesome ingredients and get your day started off right. We'll make and taste items like pancakes, smoothies, oatmeal, and more. Recipes come from various cook books and menu planning subscription services which you'll be sure to love. We'll talk about how to swap out traditional ingredients for those that will nourish your body. Some recipes may be dairy free, gluten free and vegan. If those aren't what you're looking for, we can talk about how to recreate them to meet your needs. You can begin your breakfast makeover for you and your family after taking this class.
