Say Goodbye to chest and back day; say hello to chest, back, arms, calves, glutes, quads, and core day. Performing any exercise on the TRX suspension trainer requires that you recruit muscles from all over your body to leverage your own body weight for resistance. Every workout becomes a total body workout, making TRX incredibly time efficient and fun.

This class will:

-Deliver a fast, effective total-body workout
-Help build a rock-solid core
-Increases muscular endurance
-Benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors)

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Blair has been working as a TRX certified trainer for the past 5 years. She has completed many TRX training courses to enhance her clients overall training experience. In January of 2013, Blair opened her own studio called Rock Solid Health. Rock Solid and Stabilized Training come together as a qualified TRX training facility. She also teaches Kettlebell, yoga, spin, and full body conditioning classes.
