Shauna believes that making pie is a mix of art and science all wrapped up in the feeling of family and home. At The Long I Pie Shop, we believe that our pies are an art that you can consume. The Long I Pie Shop bakes our pie in cast iron skillets which makes the crust extra buttery, flaky, and delicious. You'll love it! We use both family recipes like Grandma's Spiced Apple Cranberry Pie and experimental recipes that we've developed in our own kitchen such as The Honey Flower.

    Had been pursuing a class with this instructor for a while - the shift in venue from her kitchen to this neat facility and this booking system definitely helped. It was super helpful to get a step-by-step intro to her methods in person, especially given the small sample size. We felt much more comfortable tackling an all-butter crust after this session, and successfully reproduced our learning the next day! We are ready for fruit pie season now :)
