"Brewing beer is a man's job! " How many times have we heard that one, ladies? (Ok, not so often...but we know men are thinking it!) Impress your guy friends at the next Happy Hour with your new knowledge on what give a Saison it's edge, and what's the difference in a Stout and a Porter anyway!
In this interactive class, designed for women only, learn how herbs and spices can contribute to the brewing process and how to include spices in meals that are paired with beer.
Diebolt Brewery and Savory Spices experts will be available to guide the session, which will include four generous craft beer tasters and herb pairings, discussions of how the herbs and spices go with beer, light snacks to accompany the class, and a brewery tour! The sessions will reference Savory Spice's new book, Spice to Plate.
