Hi! I’m Alisa! I was born and raised in Colorado, and have always had an interest in all things baking! In 2008 I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food Marketing. Upon graduation, I worked in a handful of bakeries and cake shops, where I was able to hone my skills and focus on cake design. In 2013 I started Sweet Inspirations, located in Denver, CO specializing in custom cakes and cookies.
It was so much fun and we learned a lot!

It was a fun class, the teacher was friendly, helpful and informative. Seven of us along with the teacher around a rectangle table, small yet ample room to spread out. The facility was not ready for our class, no fault of the teacher, but it did cause some stressful moments.
