Event Overview
Have a fun evening with a local experienced chef and learn a new and extremely useful technique. Sous vide is much more approachable to the every day cook than people may think, and the equipment needed will be explained in detail in this class. You will also learn how to sous vide different types of food, such as meat and veggies, which require different methods. Learn the basic skills of sous vide and be able to wow your friends and family at your next dinner party. Oh, and you get to munch on your creations in the class!
