Event Overview

How successful would you feel if you could walk into every interview, presentation, or networking event feeling calm, powerful, and in control? Or if people commented that you had a real presence about you?

Our non-verbal communication often speaks louder than we realize. According to the widely cited UCLA research study by Albert Mehrabian, 55% of communication is body language and 38% is tone of voice. We can unconsciously contradict what we have said by our body language. Erin Holmes, Founder of Speech Matters Accent Services, LLC (www.speech.team) will guide you toward non-verbal communication choices that are more effective in creating a clear, confident message. This class is for anyone wanting to improve their overall confidence and ease in business or social settings. You will learn:

*How to make an initial greeting or entrance that sets the impression made within the first 10 seconds of the meeting
*How to master power poses and manage butterflies and performance anxiety
*Sneaky, unconscious ways that you may be portraying a lack of confidence through your body language and voice
