Barefoot running isn't just fun, it can be good for you too! Whether you've never run, used to run, love running, or anything in between, you can learn to run barefoot... safely, and easily. And if totally bare is too scary for you, you'll learn which minimalist shoes to get... and which to avoid.
In this class, Dabblers will learn the 4 simple rules of barefoot running; how to get started; how to get faster; how to "become your own coach", and how to strengthen your feet. The class will end with one or two short runs to put into practice what you've learned.

He got into barefoot running after having years and years of injuries. The improvements in his running form that came from being barefoot helped him become one of the fastest men over 45 in the country. He's coached hundreds of people who wanted to explore barefoot running, from those new to running to professional athletes.
