Event Overview

Calling all anglers and aspiring anglers! Colorado is one of the best places to fly-fish in the world. A great opportunity to catch amazing fish is right in your backyard but have you ever tried fly-fishing? This experience will introduce you to the fundamentals of tying flies so you're more prepared to hit the water and be successful.


This two-hour workshop will cover the basics to introduce a novice to the sport. You will leave this class with the fundamental knowledge of how to tie flies, allowing you to begin to be a self-sufficient angler. You'll know how to pick out and create the right fly, what knot to use to tie it on, and how to cast that fly to the fish - giving you the confidence and know-how to hook and land that next fish!
