Event Overview
Ever wanted to blow your own glass ornaments?? Now’s your chance! Only 4 students at a time in this class gives you personalized attention throughout the class time. Each student will be given 10 glass tubes (glaskolbens) to fill with colored frit and stringers. Once you pick your favorite colors you’ll be taught how to blow your own unique ornaments in a torch. No, they may not all turn out perfectly, but you’re guaranteed to get several beautiful ornaments out of your ten. Bring some family or friends and have a blast!
Ornaments will be available for pick up a couple days after class to give time for proper annealing.
Due to the torch work, no students under 12 years old allowed.

Michelle has been a fused glass artist for over 15 years and helped her mom start their fused and stained glass business in 1999. She specializes in all things fusing and enjoys playing with glass and coming up with fun new techniques to teach. There's nothing like the qualities that glass can provide as an art medium and she enjoys teaching her students how to be creative and have fun while working with such an amazing medium. Her students rave about how fun the atmosphere is and how much they want to bring friends back and play.
