Event Overview

Beginner style class, great for everyone!! In this class you’ll learn to make a beautiful square ruffled “sushi” style plate and the soy dish to accompany it.

You’ll be working with frit, powder, stencils, stringers, scrap glass and dots to make an extremely unique and fun plate. Sushi plates are known for their wonderful flow and color patterns, but don’t worry these platters are great for anything not just sushi! Price includes all glass, supplies and two firings.

No experience necessary! Don't forget we've got beer and wine too!

There's nothing like the qualities that glass can provide as an art medium and she enjoys teaching her students how to be creative and have fun while working with such an amazing medium. Her students rave about how fun the atmosphere is and how much they want to bring friends back and play.

I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more about glass fusing. The teachers are knowledgeable and will answer your questions in detail. One thing I really liked is that nothing was "wrong." They were very open to creative ideas and encouraged the class to work outside the box. The atmosphere was great and the project was really cool. I can't wait to see the finished product!
