Event Overview
This class is for those with no or very little experience. In Newbie you will primarily learn 6 chords along with basic strumming patterns and techniques. Plan on adding some fun new chords and 1 complete song to your repertoire. Join our class and sip your choice of drink, while we teach you to strum. If you don't own a guitar, no worries, we can provide you one!
The idea of Strum & Sip started while some friends were playing guitar and sipping tequila. We thought, wow this is fun - learn how to play guitar while throwing back a couple! We later decided to get a few more friends together and repeat the process! And so, Strum & Sip was born back in January 2011.

Chris has over 27 years of guitar strumming experience, 15 years of teaching green proteges, and countless concerts and tours. Chris basically lives, eats, and breathes music! Chris owns a production studio, Blooms Room, that is located in downtown Denver where he spends the majority of his time writing, engineering, producing and mixing music. Teaching people the art of guitar playing is just another added bonus to all that he does. And, he loves what he does!!!
