Event Overview
You've seen the instagram posts ... everyone is trying their hand at naturally levened bread. Hands on instruction is the best way to learn this skill, so join in to learn how to create & maintain a starter, mix & turn dough, form loaves. You will also learn and practice multiple recipes utilizing sourdough. Our menu for the night includes: Tartines + Roasted Squash Spread, Espinacas, Panzanella Salad and Sweet Bread Crumbs a la Mode

What's Provided
All cooking materials, ingredients, and recipes will be provided. You will take home your own active starter and each recipe you learn in the class. A link to download photos will be provided after the class
