Event Overview

One of our favorite classes! Meet the plants where they grow and be ready to get your hands dirty! You will be introduced to commonly growing Colorado medicinal and culinary herbs, edible flowers, and even our favorite nutritious weeds. Learn how to use the plants as food or as medicine, things to do and not do and about the healing properties of the plants. This class is kinda just an excuse to hang out, eat and craft in the garden!

We will demonstrate yummy recipes, make an herbal vinegar and plant medicine bundle to take home.
This class is great for anyone, with any level of herbal and gardening interest.

*This class happens off-site at nearby location in the Apothecary Tinctura garden.

What to Bring

Mug for tea, scissors or shears for cutting plants, a sun hat or sunscreen, a small glass jar.

All ages welcome
