Learn how to make our favorite and best-selling pastry! You remember them as a kid, but we gave the pop tart a little flavor boost and want to let you in on the fun! Find out how to make the perfect pastry crust, and let your culinary genius flourish as you get to choose your very own fillings and toppings.
Do you like nutella with strawberries? Brown sugar and blueberries? Peanut butter and chocolate?? It's ALL possible in this class! We will provide you with a few pastry lessons and tips and then send you to the baking tables with supplies to make, bake, decorate, and take home 4 homemade Sugar Bakeshop popsters.
Our pals over at Foodee will be joining in on the fun, serving up complimentary beer and wine too!

Natalie is the owner of Sugar Bakeshop and Coffee House. If the fact that her Easy Bake Oven was her favorite toy when she was a girl wasn’t a surefire sign of her future career path, then surely her need to try high altitude baking during her first trip out to Colorado at age 12 was. Working with butter and flour is most certainly what feeds Natalie’s soul, and turning her passion into a career was a natural step for this midwest transplant.
