Event Overview
Come celebrate Spring in this beginner's workshop exploring botanical illustration.
This workshop is the perfect introduction to floral illustration process, technique and method. We will work on foundational materials including floral shapes, line shading and basic leaf and arrangement patterns.
The cost of class covers all materials used during the class, which you are welcome to then take home and enjoy!
Participants are invited to bring a beverage of their choice, alcoholic or non. Snacks will be provided

Hi! My name is May and I love making things. I started my own small batch illustration company, Poco Post, 2 years ago as a means to scratch a rather persistent creative itch. In addition to illustration, my other passion is education. I taught Kindergarten for 5 years and there is something in me that will always love helping others explore and experiment. I believe life is too short to only do the things we're already good at! When I'm not doodling or teaching, chances are I'm petting a dog, eating ice cream or thinking of bad puns.
