I'm a butcher with over 25 years experience and would like to spend about an hour in your home showing you the proper way to cut up a whole chicken and explain the differences in all-natural, air-chilled, organic, non GMO, and grass fed meats. After all my years in the grocery industry I still find it amazing at the lengths companies will go to trying to confuse the consumer. The little (*) asterisk on your package of meat means there's something else in there. Allow me to help you through all of the confusing terms.
I will provide you with your choice of an organic or all natural (no antibiotics/hormones) whole fryer, teach you the proper way to cut it in to 8 pieces, and provide you with a little knowledge to help you fight through all of the confusing statements.

We will also discuss different wordage that will help you understand most of the confusing terms that are used in the meat industry.
