Event Overview
Are you master of the knit stitch but still haven't conquered the purl stitch? In this advanced beginner class we'll cover the purl stitch plus reading patterns. We'll go over a variety of ways to combine knit and purl stitches in one project. We'll also go over fixing those mistakes that pop up from time to time like unintentionally adding or losing stitches. While we're learning all these things we'll be knitting a pair of cute fingerless mitts.
This is a great class for anyone who has tried out our beginner knitting class that covered casting on, the knit stitch, and binding off.
What to Bring
Worsted weight/medium yarn and size 8 needles. Supplies available for purchase in class.

In addition to teaching classes, she regularly hosts groups of knitters and crocheters in her store and still helps out with the local drinking...I mean stitching group!
