Event Overview
Stack them high, stack them low – the possibilities are endless! Stacking rings are fun to wear all on one finger or a few on each.
In this class, you will learn the basics of various metalsmith tools and techniques to create your own set of mixed metal stacking rings from raw materials. You will gain an understanding of measuring, sawing, soldering, texturing, and antiquing metal. After this class, you will leave with an understanding and technique of metalsmith tool usage as well as your own set of mixed metal stacking rings. This class may also inspire you to continue and advance your skills to break into the world of jewelry making and metalsmithing or simply continue to make more rings. This is a beginner class and no prior experience is necessary.

In that time, she has gained a lot of skills and techniques. She enjoys teaching people who like to express their artistic abilities with the use of hand tools to make jewelry and other items made out of metal. Learning the art of metalsmithng can be a bit intimating, but she will introduce it in a non-frightening way so that you can gain confidence just as she did.
