Event Overview
In these highly interactive sessions, you will learn how to think about and prepare classic and modern cocktails while you taste history in a glass. Utilize a blend of core bartending tools, multitasking skills, creativity - and apply elements of science.
Each week will focus on one main type of spirit. I will cover the history of the spirit, how it's made - learning about aromas/flavor profiles, classic and modern cocktail making, techniques, infusions, and of course tasting the finished product!
This is a five week series that will rotate spirits to learn about new exciting drinks outside of your regular tastes. Sign up for one or all!
Additional classes include:
Week 1: VODKA - April 27
Week 2: TEQUILA - May 4
Week 3: WHISKEY & BOURBON - May 11
Week 4: GIN - May 18
Week 5: RUM - June 1
*As a bonus you can write me about infusing your own spirits. Feel free to bring the bottle you want to infuse to class to make sure you get the maximum potential out of your infused spirit. Each lesson will show proper ways to infuse that unique spirit.
**The higher cost of the class goes to covering the mixers, garnishments, and supplies we will be using each week. Also Dabble takes its cut :)

Ryan has been in the restaurant business since he was in high school. He's done every job in the business from busser, valet, server, bar back, bartender, bar manager, to general manager. Almost all of his experience was gained in college and post college while he was bartending at some of Santa Barbara's night clubs and running a bar service called 'Absolute Events' - portable bars & bartenders on demand.
Ryan moved to the Denver area three years ago as a hospitality consultant that helps restaurants streamline their processes and become more efficient with goods sold, labor costs, marketing, development and implementation of their mission statement, and new trends in a growing marketplace.
