Event Overview
Let's spend an evening learning to shoot a colorful sunset picture. For thirty minute's we'll talk about how to understand light and control it with your camera. Then we'll start shooting as the sun begins to set behind the mountains. For an hour we'll practice taking pictures and understanding proper photographic technique. By the time you leave you'll understand how to duplicate these simple techniques and produce beautiful landscape pictures on your next vacation or drive into the mountains.
What to Bring
An interchangeable lens camera and a tripod.

All ages welcome

A handout on the principles of controlling light.
What You Can Expect From This Experience

I've been teaching photography for 10 years in a variety of settings and on a range of topics. At Dabble I want to have some fun and create some low key, relaxing shoots that teach a lot in a low stress environment. When I'm not doing this, I'm usually cooking something at home amongst my wife, dog, and unmanageable book collection.
