Event Overview
Girl, you're killing it. You're rocking it on the job--everyone knows you're Get-It-Done Sally, and you've got big plans to get to the top in your career. As a mom, you're always busting it to make sure your kids are not just minding their P's and Q's at school, but also in all the extra-curricular activities that enrich their little souls and spirits. You're a caring and thoughtful friend who makes time when a girlfriend needs a shoulder, a meal, or a glass of wine. Anyone looking at your life from the outside would be seriously impressed. As well they should be.
But what they don't see is that you are just.so.damn.tired. Freaking exhausted and ready to tap out by 7:30 every night. Pushing and pushing, smiling, showing up, but also completely beat out. Relying on coffee that will only get you so far.
Time for a change! Let's REBOOT that energy and RELIGHT the fire so that you can show up as the caped badass you are every day: Ready to rock, have the energy for the next level, and inspiring everyone around you on the way.
In this two-hour workshop, you'll:
*Identify the energy drainers that are bleeding you dry
*Get a blood work blueprint so you can figure out what might be behind your zapped out feeling BESIDES just being "busy"
*Walk away with three actionable strategies to improve your energy and start feeling better right away
