Colorado now allows the sell of these and more direct to your customers without special permitting, certification, or inspections. Yet, to stay within the Colorado Cottage Foods Act provisions, you have to meet certain criteria.
In this course, you will learn what products are covered by the Act, what is needed to begin selling, and recommendations for how to successfully launch and maintain your new business.
