Who doesn't love traveling Even better, making money helping others travel? This is one of the amazing perks to becoming an Airbnb Host!
Curious about listing your place but not sure where to start? Anyone can be an Airbnb Host. Choose to list a room... or your entire home!
As a Denver Based AirBNB Host Ambassador, I currently manage my own home listing, manage homes for others while they are traveling, help people set up their listing and am in-person point of contact for any AirBNB questions.
In this class I will outline:
- details about setting up your listing
- help you set up your listing on site.
- tips on how to get great reviews
- discuss what to charge and other pricing/cancellation questions.
- up to date info on new laws in Denver regarding short term housing?
- how to manage a listing when you are not in town
- answer any questions about what it means to have "strangers" in your place, etc. I personally have a small studio and leave everything as is for my guests to enjoy!
