Did a friend or family member ask you to officiate their wedding? Here's everything you need to know about getting ordained to officiate your first ceremony! Your job is to present yourself as a (natural) real pro! There are several hidden responsibilities that come along with this role that I have learned (trial and error) throughout the years.
You'll leave with a fully complete wedding ceremony. You will simply fill in the blanks with answers from the bride and groom and customize to your liking. Plus a detailed checklist for planning, before the ceremony and after (so you don't forget to send the important documents in)!
Want to take the next step and become ordained if you're not already? We can do that too at this workshop!
Every state is different in their rules regarding officiating weddings. We will cover all the nitty gritty details of that too!
Last but not least we'll cover the hard to ask details- like payment and reimbursement best practices.

Whitney fancies herself a craft goddess- often leaving glitter in her wake. When she’s not creating, she’s likely spending time perfecting a slow simmer soup broth, trolling the internet for deals or hiking with her dogs (Kimchi & Pickle). Most of all, Whitney enjoys meeting new people and learning their unique life stories.
