Event Overview
Sally Seiffer will guide educators through her 8 steps to more creativity, possibility, and inspiration. After each step, yoga instructor, Meg Ridgway, will facilitate a specific and transferable yoga practice that integrates with the self-awareness skill Sally shares. Educators will leave with 16 practical and transferable skills to start the school year.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and you prefer to sit on the floor

Sally Seiffer is a lifetime educator working in schools since 1995. In 2007, Sally received her MSW from the University of Denver and began working as a school social worker in the greater Denver area. Sally became passionate about mindfulness and teacher self-care as essential interventions in response to school violence and student death by suicide. Sally has experience with all grade levels and over the last seven years has created several curriculum concepts that include the Check IN and Movement.Breath.Kindness.
Sally's mission is to create and share ideas that allow adults and children to be seen, heard, valued, and understood.
