Interested in aromotherapy & yoga? How about combining the two?
Both yoga and essential oils can be a powerful tool in many aspects of life. From helping relieve stress & providing a quick pick-me-up to purifying and freshening your mind/body, there are many hidden benefits.
In this class I will review the advantages of using essential oils for your home and body, covering the most common oils, ailments, uses and benefits. After learning the basics to incorporating oils into your home and life you'll learn how to make oil blends for awakening, calming & purifying your mind, body & soul. All oils are organic and non-toxic. As we learn about the oils, I'll also teach you three 10-15 minute yoga sequences you can do at home that accompany the blends. The sequences are all-levels and don't require advanced yoga knowledge.
These oil blends & yoga sequences will be simple enough that you can do it on your own at any time.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one), pen & paper.

Kathleen is a 200-hr certified power vinyasa yoga instructor. She received her training at The River Power Vinyasa in Denver, CO. Kathleen also dabbles in aromatherapy & essential oils. Combining the two is a passion of hers. She draws her inspiration in every day occurrences; the beauty of nature, the passions of friends and seeing life with light & love.
