Event Overview
Enjoy flowing one breath to one movement together to experience stress relief, improve mood, and increase flexibility. We will practice Vinyasa Style yoga, experiencing dynamic flows and using our breath to reconnect with our authentic selves and rediscover our peace and sense of calm.
Our class is located at the Intuition Healing Center at 422 Broadway, and there is free parking behind the building (through the gates) and on the street for two hours. I look forward to seeing you there on your mat!
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
I found myself on my mat just over seven years ago when stress and tension were beginning to get the best of my mind and body. Since then, I have become continually amazed at the healing powers of yoga. The practice has helped me to find balance on and off the mat, discover greater clarity and presence in my everyday life, and experience a sense of lightness and physical relief from old injuries. I completed my 200 hour Power Teacher Training in December 2015, and I have already enjoyed the beginning of my teaching career immensely. It is exciting to think that I have barely scratched the surface of this journey! It will be an honor to share my passion for this incredible practice with each of you.
