Event Overview
In this creative workshop, you'll get your hands dirty while learning all about how to design with and care for succulents. We'll discuss general succulent care, troubleshooting, and propagation. We'll also cover some design advice for choosing colors and textures in your terrarium.
Pick from a huge selection of succulents and make your very own glass orb terrarium, with plenty of demonstrations and hands-on help along the way. All materials are included to make one terrarium; kits are available for purchase if you'd like to make more terrariums (outside of class time). You'll practically be a terrarium guru by the time you leave!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Brandi's love of succulents stems from her long-time residence in San Francisco's Outer Sunset neighborhood, which is full of wondrous succulents both large and small that thrive with minimal care and survive the harsh ocean winds, sandy soil, and fog. She has been working with succulents professionally for 5 years, and has created custom installations or provided workshops for institutions and companies such as the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers, Google, Facebook, Yammer, and many more. Brandi loves sharing her passion for plants with everyone, and gets great satisfaction from seeing her students get excited about succulents and gain confidence in their ability to care for these amazing plants.
