We'll examine the habits and beliefs that prevent us from succeeding past a certain point, then create personalized solutions for how to prevent ourselves from getting stuck.

- How to recognize self sabotaging forces/ voices/ behaviors
- The tools needed to manage them when they occur
- And the basics of effectively dealing with inner conflict
