Want to include swimming as part of your exercise routine but never had any formal instruction?
Want to learn to get across and back?
Tired of just splashing around with friends at the pool? Use that water as a medium of motion!
I teach in 3 main stages and can start at any level of experience:
1. Breathing, floating and front crawl
2. Basic strokes and kicking for exercise goals
3. Refining technique and flipturns
My classes...
- are for adults age 18 and over
- welcome having an observer to accompany student
- are great for groups of 2 or 3 folks, too!

I'm a Cal grad who wants to share my love of swimming as a past time and exercise hobby. I was part of varsity water polo and swim teams in high school in addition to teaching toddlers and adult private lessons. I'm "fluent" in backstroke, freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly and also teach drills and beginner water polo techniques as well.
