This is a light, lively and non secular based discussion on the benefits of Meditation, sharing our own experiences and attempting different techniques so that you can find one that works best for you. Short guided meditations or occasionally chanting, humming or "ohming" together creates a more powerful experience for all, critical analysis of experiences help us all identify what works for us.
Meditation meetings is immediately after laughter yoga club so we are usually quite giddy and energized you would be quite welcome to come an hour early to participate in guided laughter too with suggested $5 love donation...

Having only taken one class called meditation and healing, and just beginning to practice myself I am NO GURU. However I am serious about developing my own practice, and researched and sampled many different approaches to meditation. I have a library of reference materials to share as well. Sessions often begin with the ringing of a singing bowl and end in a powerful group Ohm Discussions about techniques as well as the benefits we have discovered.
