I started making wine with my family as a child. I initially learned to make wine the old world way like my family had for generations. But over the years I've noticed the quality just wasn't what I had come to expect from a premium bottle of wine. I decided to educate myself and incorporated modern winemaking techniques. So the pendulum swung to the complete opposite end of the spectrum and I began producing wine like a professional winery. After a few vintages I realized that modern winemaking and old world wine making could be blended to create a excellent and high quality wine that is age worthy and that anyone would be proud of.
