Excellent class. Excellent teacher. Dr. Healen is pleasant, plain-spoken, engaged, and engaging. She covered a lot of material clearly and directly (without any hint of being overwhelming) and provided intelligible answers to a variety of questions. Highly recommended!

A great introductory class in understanding the various elements to consider when writing a grant. During the class, we completed a brainstorming session to focus on the specific areas I'm hoping to fund with a grant. Amanda's engaging style made me feel comfortable in sharing my grant application idea and receiving constructive and actionable feedback. I would definitely recommend her classes for any first time grant applicant!
