Super fun and I love the two take home pictures I made. It would be great for a mother daughter date, friend date, or to go on your own! She was a great instructor and I would definitely go back! The instructor was super prepared, organized and efficient. Just please offer it more :)

This class was so much fun! The teacher was really helpful without being judgemental of your work at all.

I loved taking this class, I can't think of a better way to spend a couple of hours than painting with other people. The teacher was encouraging and I felt confident following her instructions and letting myself create something. I would definitely take another watercolor class with her!

I loved the class. At first I was nervous it was so freestyle, but I feel like I walked away with two pretty cool pictures and a better idea/more confidence in how to watercolor and create.

This class was awesome!!!! The class was fun, great gallery space I had never seen before. Our teacher was funny and informative. I came away with two paintings (I've never painted) and inspiration for more and for our art community in STL. Thanks!

This class was so awesommmmmme. The teacher was personable, encouraging, and gave excellent guidance. I've struggled trying to figure out watercolor in the past, and this made me enjoy it so much more. I've been painting like crazy since getting home!

I went in with no watercolor experience and tried to keep my expectations low because I tend to get anxious when doing anything artistic. I came out with two pretty cool pieces of art after a very relaxing couple of hours. Andrea is a great instructor, very welcoming and we all seemed to get as much individual attention as we needed. I think the techniques she used set us all up for success since every student was able to create something cool. I would definitely recommend this class and instructor.

I took my daughter to this class for her ninth birthday, and even though she was the only kid there, she LOVED it! Andrea was fantastic with her and all of the others in attendance. I highly recommend this class and any others instructed by Andrea!

I would not consider myself "artistic" by any stretch of the imagination, and was attending this more to hang with friends than to unleash my inner Bob Ross. However this instructor was AMAZING and helped my find an artistic streak I didn't know was there, all while having a great time. She was engaging, fun, informative and helpful, and I would absolutely recommend taking any class she is leading. It was a wonderful experience, and we are talking about taking the intermediate class with her next.

I am a person who has studiously avoided art classes since 5th grade due to a glaring lack of talent. However, I decided I would broaden my horizons and have always been intrigued by water color, so I signed up for this class. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not only were we given the freedom to think outside the box as we created our projects, we were encouraged to "create our own universe". Andrea did a wonderful job of educating us on the medium, but not hitting us over the head with rules. I felt like I was one of the class, not the kid whose output always had to be "fixed" by the art teacher. I highly recommend this class!

Very positive experience with Andrea and the class as a whole! Super welcoming environment that is constructed for you to explore and play with color. This no judgement zone class was a blast for all abilities. I'd never worked with water colors before (or really had any painting experience) but another woman in the same class had her BFA. The paintings you make are simple but vibrant - overall a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning.

She did a great job! She let you draw whatever you wanted and helped you out when it came to technique.

Prior to this class, it had been about 35 years since I last attempted watercolor. This was a wonderful way to put the world on hold for a minute and rekindle the free-spirited joy of childhood. The instruction was fun and informative and the environment playful and supportive. Even if you don't consider yourself to be an "artist" or a "painter," you may be surprised by what you create in this class.

Can not say enough good things about this class! Kismet was such a creative and inspiring space to learn and explore! I left feeling inspired and wanting to do more!

Andrea is relaxed, patient and teaches us very well! The atmosphere and location are both good. I had a lot of fun with my friend, and also learned the art technique I've never tried. The painting theme was well chosen. Will take her class later again!

I signed up for this class for a few different reasons, I needed to kick start my lost joy for doodling, I wanted to check out HandleBar and I like to meet interesting new people. I definitely was not disappointed with any of it. Andrea was a great inspiration and I would happily sign up for any of her classes.

I love to doodle so when I saw this class I had take it & am I ever so glad I did. Andrea is talented & was good at breaking down the steps. She was relaxed & patient & she allowed us to take our time. She's a great conversationalist too. Talking & doodling seem to go hand in hand. Anyone can do this. I highly recommend taking this class if for no other reason than just for fun!

This class was a perfect mixture of information and recreation. I learned some new, easy techniques and had fun creating beautiful art!
The teacher spent time with each student and has a laid back, supportive disposition. Would recommend.

I enjoyed this class. I feel as though I could do watercolor on my own now. It was fun having this class outside at the festival.

Decided to take this class with my girlfriend as a present for her and was surprised (for a guy with limited art "skill") to actually learn a couple things and enjoyed myself a lot! Highly recommend!

I loved this class so much! It was a relaxing way to learn watercolor. I was surprised how much I liked the finish results as I'm usually my own worst critic! We were even lucky enough to have it hosted outdoors at The Strange Folk Festival!

Had a wonderful time with Andrea! My particular class was outside under a tent for the Strange Folk festival and she did a great job of walking around to demonstrate technique and give guidance. Really loved the art I took home :)

What fun that was - Just let go and have fun - I have not talent whatsoever, but made 2 awesome pieces of work - -

Easy going, great instructions, and encouraging instruction-"I like what you did there" " Maybe add a little blending here..." We had a great time.

Just retired & want to "Reawaken" the Artist inside of me..this was a Good start!..instructor was comfortable..low key..

Wonderful class, and I loved the technique of adding ink after the watercolor dried.

Andrea is a god teacher with lots of ideas to make you understand and improve. The class was fun and informative. I look forward to taking another.

Andrea helped us explore letting the watercolor work for itself and create images. I enjoyed working with watercolors in a tube and plan on purchasing some of my own soon!

Andrea did a great job of motivating us to create our work by letting us know what she liked. She also gave us feedback as we were working, to improve what we were making.

I thought the art class was well instructed and fun. The venue was very artistic, however, the owner talked about political issues almost the entire time so it got a little overwhelming. On the other hand, I was glad to see free speech in action ;)
